Third-party content available through the platform remains the property of its respective owners and is made available under license arrangements. Your subscription does not grant you any ownership interest in any content, and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

6. Privacy Policy & Cookies

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described therein.

8. Subscription Plans & Billing

Upon selecting a plan and completing payment, your subscription becomes active immediately. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. Your payment method on file will be charged at the then-current renewal price. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and up to date to avoid unintended interruptions to your service.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Where we intend to increase the price of your existing subscription, we will provide advance notice via email or an in-account notification, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new pricing takes effect. Your continued use of the Services following a notified price change constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing.

9. Cancellation of Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to the Services until that date and will not be charged for any subsequent billing period.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of an active subscription period. Cancellation is not retroactive and does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. If you cancel, please continue to enjoy the Services through the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.

10. Refund Policy

We want every subscriber to have a positive experience with our platform, and our support team is always available to assist with any difficulties you encounter. However, due to the nature of digital subscription services, our refund policy is necessarily limited in scope.

Trial Packages — Non-Refundable

All trial packages and introductory offers are strictly non-refundable. By completing the purchase of a trial plan, you expressly acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind after purchase, a claim that the purchase was made in error, a claim of unauthorized use of your payment method, non-use of the service during the trial period, or dissatisfaction with the content or features provided.

If you believe your payment details were used without your authorization, you must contact your bank or card issuer directly. Such a claim does not constitute grounds for a refund from CineFlox and will not be processed as one.

Standard Subscriptions — Technical Issues Only

For standard (non-trial) subscription plans, a refund will only be considered where a verified, documented technical failure on our part prevents you from accessing the Services entirely, and where our support team has been given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue but has been unable to do so. To be eligible for consideration, you must contact us within 48 hours of the issue first occurring.

The following circumstances are explicitly not accepted as valid grounds for a refund request:

  • Change of mind or decision that the service does not meet your expectations;
  • Claiming that a purchase was made by mistake or without full understanding of the terms;
  • Claiming that a transaction was unauthorized (contact your bank or card issuer directly);
  • Forgetting to cancel the subscription before an automatic renewal;
  • Partial use of the subscription period, regardless of how much time remains;
  • Dissatisfaction with the content library, streaming quality, or available features;
  • Technical issues arising from your own device, internet connection, or browser configuration.

Before submitting a refund request, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team. In most cases, technical issues can be resolved quickly, and our team is committed to helping you get the most from your subscription. Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channel and will be assessed at our sole discretion.

For security purposes, any approved refund will only be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to expired, cancelled, or alternative payment instruments.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback, reversal request, or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider without first contacting CineFlox support and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your concern is considered a direct and material breach of these Terms.

We maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, subscriber access logs, IP address data, and usage activity. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we will submit this evidence to the relevant payment provider to contest any claim that does not comply with our stated refund policy. Accounts subject to an active dispute will be suspended immediately pending resolution. Any account found to have submitted a fraudulent or bad-faith dispute may be permanently terminated and may be subject to further action as permitted by applicable law.

12. Payment Information & Security

By providing payment information to us, you represent and warrant that: (a) the payment method is valid and in your name, or belongs to an individual who has expressly authorized you to use it for this purchase; (b) you have the legal right to use the payment method provided; and (c) all payment information you supply is accurate and complete.

If you provide another person’s payment details, you acknowledge that if that person requests a refund and the account qualifies under our refund policy, we may refund directly to that person, which may result in interruption or termination of your Services. All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details on our servers.

13. Prohibited Uses

To maintain a safe and fair environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited when using our Services. You must not:

  • Attempt to impersonate another person or use another user’s account credentials without authorization;
  • Use, share, or distribute the Services for commercial purposes, including reselling or sublicensing access;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, or breach any security or authentication measures;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the data of other users;

  • Access the Services through any automated means, including bots, crawlers, or scrapers, unless expressly permitted by us in writing;
  • Use our brand assets, trademarks, or content in unsolicited communications, spam, or misleading advertising;
  • Engage in any activity that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise harmful to any person;
  • Upload, share, or transmit any content through the platform that violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice and without refund, and may additionally expose you to civil or criminal liability.

14. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES.

We strive to maintain our platform on a commercially reasonable basis, but cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Services.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CINEFLOX OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY REFLECTS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK AND IS A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN US.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time for any reason, including to reflect changes in our Services, applicable laws, or business practices. Where we make material changes, we will provide you with advance notice of at least 30 days via email or an in-account notification prior to the updated Terms taking effect. Minor or non-material changes may take effect immediately upon posting. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on our website.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services and may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

17. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
